'Ulu, more commonly known as Breadfruit is the central motif in our pattern for Kaiaulu, which translates to 'community, or village'. As a canoe crop, 'ulu holds significant cultural meaning for Hawaiians because of all that the plant provided for : a staple food, important source of medicine, wood for building, and fiber for kapa making. It is a plant around which so much of the community gathers and connects. Who is most like the 'ulu plant in your community?

Our women's blouse is meant to be styled however you please. Tie the ends in a knot, tuck in, or wear open over your swim suit. Wear the aloha spirit, your way.
