Makani Nui translates to strong wind or gale. In the design, Hawaiian ʻiwa birds stretch their wings wide, gliding effortlessly through powerful currents of air high above the ocean.
Woven as a two-tone polynosic jacquard, the artwork gives the shirt a dimensional feel, with subtle contrast that shifts in the light. The fabric’s soft hand and fluid drape make it comfortable to wear throughout the day, offering ease and movement. Finished with a matched pocket and laser-engraved logo buttons, Makani Nui is offered in two colors, Slate and Driftwood.
