If you do not know your online order number please contact our customer service for assistance locating your gift receipt. If your item was purchased in a Kahala retail store it will have a red Kahala sticker located on the tag.

We have streamlined our process to expedite your order which unfortunately means you cannot cancel or make edits to your order once it has been placed. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order after it has been processed, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Yes, International orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving and ship via FedEx International Economy (usually arrives between 5-7 days from the shipped date). There is a $30 base rate for the first item and $5 per additional item. The recipient of international order is responsible for all duties and taxes associated with this order and must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

Our egift certificates may only be redeemed on Kahala.com.

Please send items back to the original Kahala store it was purchased from. This will help expedite your return. Sorry, but we are unable to process any returns for items purchased from another retailer.

Instant credit is just what it sounds like! It is a credit in the amount of your anticipated refund total. The credit is given in the form of a unique code, which you can use to place a new order prior to shipping back your return. If instant credit is not used prior to receiving your return, you will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. 

An instant credit may be offered but you don't have to use it! If you send your return back and don't use the instant credit, you will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.

We ship Monday - Friday. All orders will ship within 48 hours of placing the order but may take up to 72 hours during peak holidays or promotional times.

Occasionally, USPS packages are marked "delivered" before they’re dropped off. Packages are usually delivered within 24 hours. In the meantime, please look around the surrounding area or check with neighbors in case it was misdelivered.
