Returns

We hope that you are happy with your online purchase, but if you would like to return an item for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 35 days of the original online invoice. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Any unauthorized returns beyond our 35-day return window or that do not meet our return policy may be refused and the items returned back to you. If you choose, we will deduct $12.00 from your original return to cover the cost of shipping. For items purchased in one of our Kahala stores, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase. Garments must be unworn and have the original hang tags attached. A Kahala return sticker is also required on the original hang tag. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, a company check will be issued or a store credit can be arranged. Merchandise returned after 30 days will be returned at the current selling price and store credit will be issued. All sales are final on sale merchandise.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to generate return shipping labels for international orders. You may ship your return with the postal carrier of your choosing. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our customer service for support. Any unauthorized returns beyond our return policy window of 35 days or that do not meet our return requirements may not be refunded and returned back to you.

Holiday Returns

All orders purchased between November 1st - December 31st, will be subject to our holiday return window. We understand that the holidays are a busy time. Orders purchased within that timeframe will have 35 days from January 1st, to be returned if needed. All sales are final on sale merchandise.

Sale Items

All sales are final for items discounted during promotional periods and will not be eligible for refund. 

Free Gift With Purchase

Any free gifts with purchase must be sent back with your return to receive a refund to the original form of payment. If free gifts with purchase are not received, a refund in the form of an e-gift card will be issued.

Yes, you can return an online purchase to any Kahala retail store within our return policy and accompanied by an online receipt. If your online order was paid with PayPal, you will receive a store merchandise credit. Find a store location here.

We have streamlined our process to expedite your order which unfortunately means you cannot cancel or make edits to your order once it has been placed. Please contact customer support if you need further assistance.

Once your return is received and processed, your card will be refunded. You will receive a notification to confirm that you have been credited. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for credits to post to an account. If you do not see it, please contact your financial institution.
